A Space to Think, Feel, and Act

Discover and Embrace New Perspectives

We all develop strategies to get out of challenging and stressful situations. How we react is based on our socialization, experiences, environmental conditions and other psychological and emotional factors. We have good reasons for our actions. However, sometimes our efforts can be counterproductive or even harmful, such as when we try to please everyone or excessively blame ourselves.

Guided by sound knowledge acquired in theory and practice, I support you in perceiving such inner and outer structures, appreciating them, and deciding the extent that you want to let them determine your actions. My approach is primarily biopsychosocial, which means that in our work we will always consider the totality of body, mind, and environment. I also use methods from Gestalt therapy.

This opens up new perspectives and previously unknown options. In an atmosphere that is always appreciative, I encourage you to take a look at the inner landscape of your unrealized wishes and potential and I offer you the necessary support to connect with those parts of yourself that still want to grow.

I create a space where you can catch your breath.
I look with you into hidden depths and expanses.
I stand by your side when you take the plunge into the unknown.
